Where can I buy the manga?
At the moment, to my knowledge, there is no official English version on the manga published. However, a Whisper of the Heart fan, Roarkiller has translated the entire manga into English and has put it on the web. You can find the manga at Roarkiller's Studio Production

Is there a DVD version available?
Yes, it was released in Japanese, and it will be released in English by Disney on March 7th, 2006.
