Shizuku comes down to greet him and she realizes he is making a violin.
Shizuku asks if he can play violin. Please, please, she begs, just one song.
The boy resists but relents, "okay, but you have to sing."
Shizuku flusters, "no, I'm really bad..." "It doesn't matter" replies the boy. He takes out his violin. He warms up. Shizuku looks on in amazement. He smiles and reassuringly says, "don't worry, you'll know how to sing it for sure...."
 He starts to play. Shizuku recognizes the tune immediately, blushes while standing nervously and begins to sing:
Country roads take me home
All my memories gather round her
Country roads take me home
I hear a voice in the morning how she calls me
Country roads take me home
Country roads take me home Mr. Nishi and his friends come in with their instruments…and join in….Shizuku finally relaxes…….smiles brightly…

Finally, she awakens from her trance and goes down to the workshop. The boy is sitting at a desk, carving out a piece of wood. 
She notices that there are many violins in the room. The boy tells her the place is usually used to teach people how to make violin. Shizuku praises the boy for being so talented. It's like magic. He blushes and tells her to stop her. Anyone can do it he says, he still has a lot to learn. 
Almost heaven west Virginia
Mr. Nishi returns to the store with two of his friends. They hear the singing downstairs and smile excitedly.
